[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate license management system with have ability to generate reports and data from the various fields recorded in the database, different levels of users access database information and enter certain information, including different levels of security and access for employees or agents of the commission, as well as public access by licensees and other parties such as education providers, web based interfaces for all database functions including but not limited to license application, education, renewal, transfers, trust accounts, complaints, specialized registrations, entities, errors and omissions insurance, and complaints, generate correspondence, both e-mail and regular mail from database fields, easily edit the content of such correspondence, capture, import and associate external documents and files with the database, real time display of database information on the commission website and licensee web interfaces and enter, store, and purge records maintained in the database as needed to comply with the commission’s records retention schedule.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 21, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be two years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
