[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide third party administrator for workers compensation services, provide the medical treatment necessary to the injured worker at the time of the injury and returning the injured worker to his or her pre-injury position as soon as medically possible, claims adjuster will work closely with the injured employee’s supervisor for a limited-duty position within the injured employee’s medical restrictions, accept injury reports, maintain complete records on all reported claims, submit a monthly billing of expenditures, prepare and deliver appropriate benefit payments utilizing a payment method, maintain contact with injured employees, stay in contact with physicians and other involved medical personnel as required to maintain a current perspective on the claimant’s progress toward his or her return to work, review all medical bills, etc.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be for three years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
