[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide staff augmentation services for supporting Project Management/Construction Management services to Central Utility Plant Project Manager, Roadway and Curbside Project Manager, ORAT and Logistics Manager, Terminal Development Project Manager, BIM/GIS/CAD Coordinator, Construction Inspector, Construction Manager, MEP Manager Project Manager, IT Planning/Programming, IT/Low Voltage Coordinator, Permit Coordinator, Project Close Out Coordinator, Project Manager, Safety Coordinator including
Specialty and subject matter experts for airport systems including baggage handling, mechanical systems, electrical systems, structural, security and low voltage;
• Project Engineers
• Structural
• Architectural
• BIM Support
• Design Review
• Commissioning
• Survey
• ORAT Support
• Environmental management;
• Code inspections;
• Concessions coordination;
• Other Department management; and
• Other Administrative support. to the government authority located in Omaha, NE.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-submittal conference will be held on June 27, 2018.
(3) All question had been submitted no later than June 29, 2018.
