[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide identity verification, skip tracing and deposit verification services for utility-specific and secure direct website or portal for access to verify identity evaluating customer credit-worthiness to charge or waive deposits, access to the site should be user-specific and password protected, etc.to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 25, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
