[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide logic monitor tool software and services.
- Managed Service provider local help desk managers and engineers who are available 24 x 7, email, SMS and call-based alerting, after hours/ weekend notification and escalation for priority 1 and 2 type of issues, dashboard creation of up to 10 custom dashboard/reports per year, work with administrators to setup and configure the environment, continual alarm tuning to ensure critical alarms are received without being over notified for non-critical alarms.
(2) Contract period will be one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
