[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide customer feedback program services for development and implementation of a voice of the customer program, efficiently and effectively collect, analyse and act upon timely customer feedback, distribution, collection and processing of monthly bills as well as credit and collections to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.
- Identify proper metrics and attributes by which to measure among which may be customer satisfaction, trust and loyalty.
- Identify tools and optimal timing to seek customer feedback.
- Identify insights or opportunities to continuously improve customer experience.
- Identify user-friendly and cost-effective technologies to enable program delivery.
- Identify how to interpret and leverage feedback analytics to improve customer experience delivery.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 15, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
