[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Enterprise Event Registration system to Each institution offers diverse programming, so the Enterprise system must be able to accommodate registrations for events ranging from high-level international conferences to a focused, one-subject workshop. The University is seeking a web-based system with superior performance and uptime that offers a high level of support, when needed, for the consumer and University user. It is critical that the system be user-friendly and provide a positive experience to the stakeholder client throughout the transaction, and to the back-end user throughout event setup, event maintenance, reporting, and financial reconciliation of event revenue. The system needs to provide accurate reporting data that is ready to be exported to other software programs and used to create spreadsheets, databases, etc. A high level of support/training is essential for the back-end user of the system.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 21, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
