[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide flexible benefits spending plan services for employee and dependent contributions for health, dental and vision insurance premiums, child or dependent care reimbursement account, un-reimbursed medical expense account, data to easily compare cost of administration with cost savings in any applicable payroll tax or expenditure and innovative or creative ways that simplify the administration of the plan for the plan sponsor and participant.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
