[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provider energy market software to manage market activity in the southwest power pool integrated marketplace
- utilizes a third-party software solution to interact with the market in order to fulfil all front and back-office responsibilities
- energy market by providing the tools necessary to manage bidding strategies, data submittals, and shadow settlements
- staff in data analysis that impacts marketplace decision making, strategy development, and profit and loss optimization
- software should allow to build and distribute custom reports and minimize manual processes for both data collection and extraction
- currently utilizes the Microsoft Windows 10 operating system and both Internet Explorer and Google Chrome internet browser
- current third-party market software solution is a hosted, web-based product that includes both development and production environments
- This system houses information entered by SEM staff, data pulled from the SPP Portal, and data transfers from the SCADA system
- utilizes the SCADA platform and data is shared between the two systems utilizing data transfer servers and web services.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 28, 2018.
(3) The contract term will be for five years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
