(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency medical consulting services for determine strengths, weaknesses, coverage gaps, workforce and funding shortfalls, sustainability, benchmark and quality indicators, scoring formats and future needs for pre-hospital care to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
