[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide aging information software addressing the client services, care and case management, funding splits, administration requirements, and federal reporting requirements.
- Case management and services for aged and disabled clients,
- Information and referral database for employee and public use,
- (Optional) Ombudsman Access database utilized by the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 2, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for four years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
