[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide SaaS-based performance monitoring tool.
- In-house, local help desk managers and engineers who are available 24/7
- Email, SMS, and Call Based Alerting
- After hours and weekend notification and escalation for priority 1 and 2 type of issues
- Dashboard creation of up to 10 Custom dashboard and reports per year
- Work with administrators to setup and configure the environment
- Continual alarm tuning to ensure critical alarms are received without being over notified for non-critical alarms.
(2) Contract term will be three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
