[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide advertising services and serve as a collaborative partner in the development, implementation and evaluation of new and existing promotional and marketing campaigns and programs for developing, carrying out and participating in programs of research, education, market development and promotion to enhance profitability (viability) and expand the demand and value.
- Promotional objectives, to serve as contractor of record, and to provide media services, creative development and assistance with new media use, social media marketing, earned media opportunities and seeking industry sponsorships and promotions as needed,
- Communications is to reach the following audiences of farmers, consumers (including influencers, millennials, youth and vehicle owners) and media.
- Media campaigns may include radio, newspaper, digital and television,
- Tactics vary according to the overall messaging, target audience, budget and marketing environment, include, but are not limited to,
- Trade show banners and displays,
- Magazine, newspaper and miscellaneous print advertising,
- Brochures, handouts and other collateral materials,
- Online and digital assets (web banner ads, e-blasts, social media content, etc.),
- Television, video and online video and radio commercials.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 7, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
