Vendor needs to provide mission planning and execution software for able to flight follow all global missions ensuring accuracy of routing, threat avoidance, logistics support, coordination of diplomatic overflight, air traffic control and support in emergency actions, able to maintain sufficient personnel during execution to mission plan future mission requirements, capability to incorporate military airspace, capability to plan for in flight orbits, delays and holding, capability for customer and dispatch provider to access mission planning engine through secure on-line login, capability to adjust flight planning products via an online web portal according to customers mission accomplishment needs, capability to view worldwide textual and graphical weather overlays, capability to view worldwide textual and graphical weather overlays.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
