[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide alcoholic beverage catering service for Business and Finance maintains a list of authorized beverage caterers on campus and other authorized functions for a period of one year to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.
-At all events, food service appropriate for the circumstances must be available, as well as non-alcoholic beverages must be provided.
-Obtaining specially designated permits is the responsibility of the beverage caterer.
-Caterer to provide adequate number of servers for the function of the event at minimum Cash bar and host bars 70 or less 1 bartender, 70 or more 2 bartenders, If wine service with dinner, minimum of 1 server for every 50 guests.
(2) A contract term will be for one year.
