[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide health savings account administration and customer services to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.
- The services requested include health savings account, communications to employees, employee access to account information, employer reporting
- Comply with all federal and state laws and regulations related to the establishment of health savings accounts.
- Provide customer service to both the University human resource departments and to account holders.
- Provide adequate access to account information to employees including through an internet website and mobile applications.
- Provide investment options for employees interested in long-term investments.
- Have the ability to receive employee contributions through electronic deposit.
- All cost of the administration fees will be paid by the account holder not the university.
(2) A contract term will be for two years.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
