[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide EMS billing rate study to evaluate current billing rates to determine if they cover our current operating costs, evaluate current billing rates in comparison with agencies that provide a similar service within the regional/geographical price cost index areas, suggestions for future billing rates to allow for operational sustainability for the next five (5) years and provide recommendations on the methodology and justifications on how to compute those future rates, management summary of current and potential issues that may occur over the next five years with suggestions on how that will affect us financially, evaluate current collection rates and compare them to similar agencies within the regional/geographical price cost index areas, suggestions with justifications on how to improve collection rates, compare negative financial adjustments and “write-offs’ to like and similar agencies, evaluate and make recommendations on how to improve the internal billing and collection processes and explain the logistics involved to successfully complete any recommendations and suggestions to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.
- Also provide evaluate current billing rates to determine if they cover operating costs, evaluate current billing rates for comparison in the regional geographical area, provide suggestion on future billing rates to provide operational sustainability for the next five years, evaluate collection rates and compare to like and similar agencies, provide suggestions on improving collections, evaluate internal billing and collection processes and provide comparison to similar agencies, evaluate contracts with rural agencies to provide ambulance services in the surrounding counties.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 16, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
