[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide global adaptive planning collaborative information environment services for continuous maintenance and enhancements to the GAP CIE code base using an Agile software development methodology. Incrementally tested software deliveries shall be made to the Government every two weeks, along with associated source code, computer software and/or technical data to include scripts, configuration files, Software Version Description (SVD), build instructions, and identification of development tools used. The contractor shall assist the Government with transitioning the current GAP CIE software development pipeline into the software factory. During the extension period, the Contractor must possess a Top-Secret facility clearance, and a software development facility capable of developing code in an unclassified and Secret code baseline. The contractor shall also maintain a staff with the appropriate qualifications, certifications, skills, and experience to successfully complete GAP CIE software deliveries. to the government authority located in Offutt AFB, NE.
(2) The contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
