[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide document destruction and shredding services for assigned locations. VA records are to be destroyed or shredded at multiple on-site locations utilizing contractor provided mobile shredding equipment. The contractor shall provide shredding and disposition of paper and other media that contain sensitive information from the facility. including destruction of temporary paper records, paper, carbon paper, binders, folders, DVD’s, cd’s, VHS tapes and other non-paper materials to the government authority located in Omaha, NE.
(2) approximate 448 gallons shredding items.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.
(4) This bid set aside total small business.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
