[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide designated travel agency management service for a comprehensive portfolio of business travel services for use by members and affiliates of the University including, but not limited to, administrators, faculty, staff, students, and guests of the University, maintain and nurture these existing relationships with contracted airline, hotel, and car rental companies throughout the periods stated in the terms of each of those individual contracts, periodic audit to ensure the negotiated rates are and remain properly loaded, best efforts to promote and encourage traveller utilization of all of our preferred agreements and support and cooperate with the University in providing accurate reports, best practice opportunities and trends when analyzing our overall travel policy and procedures to the government authority located in Omaha, NE.
- ability to self-register to use the system
- ability to create and maintain profile information, including charge card information, travel preferences, and frequent traveller programs
- ability to modify/add/inactivate traveller profiles
- ability to receive e-receipts/confirmations for all reservations booked
- ability to assign/modify access to system
- ability to view reservation/trip information for any traveller.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
