(1) Vendor needs to provide severe weather cloud platform for creating artificial intelligence based severe weather decision tools, allows government to define and enable/disable any services offered by on-demand, 24/7 real-time monitoring capability of usage, utilize to notify the government of cautionary and critical levels of usage and by what means and time frames, ensure new design enhancements and technological updates or advances.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 10, 2019.
(3) This bid is set aside for total small business.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
