[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee assistance program for Problem identification, intake, preventive counselling and referral for treatment, rehabilitation, or any other assistance for federal civilian employees and family members with medical, emotional, financial, or interpersonal problems, alcohol abuse, and drug dependency to the government authority located in Omaha, NE.
- Counselling and referral to employees who; test positive for drugs, face discipline for misconduct or unacceptable performance, are having interpersonal conflicts, are dealing with stress, or attendance issues.
- The contractor shall perform risk assessment, provide short-term counselling services (up to three one-hour counselling sessions per problem), provide aftercare and follow-up services to program participants to include monitoring progress.
(2) Contract period will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
