[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide court reporting services for formal hearing throughout the great plaints area office and necessary equipment needed to efficiently perform the duties of a court reporter.
- Provide 8 to 16 hours of registered court reporter services for hearing and an original legal record/report and copies of the legal record/report within 72 hours after the hearing.
(2) The contract term will be for one year.
(3) This bid is set aside for woman owned small business.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
