[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide key tracking system.
- The provided items shall meet or exceed the following requirements:
a. Provide inventory control; ability to assign key tags with specific inventory items
b. Provide automated audit and reports capability
c. Allow for tracking of keys for up to 480 rooms with up to 10 spare keys per room
d. Capable of 2-factor authentication; normal login and fingerprint reader
e. System will provide alerts for user to conduct annual checks ensuring occupants still have a need to retain assigned keys
f. System must be able to operate as a standalone system without network connectivity
(2) This bid is set aside total small business.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
