Vendor needs to provide customer relationship management software to review new CRM systems prior to end-of-life of current utilized systems, include systems that are able to support enterprise-wide implementation
 - CRM solution should be able to support enterprise-wide implementation, Specifically, campuses are looking for the below features with a new CRM,
- Robust contact and lead management allowing for a holistic view of our constituents,
- Multi-channel (print, email, SMS, phone) campaigns with customizable segmentation,
- Visually appealing customizable analytic dashboards,
- Event management functionality for a variety of types and sizes of events,
- Ease of integration with a multitude of campus systems, including Outlook, PeopleSoft, and other CRM systems,
- Accessible across a multitude of devices and platforms,
- Customizable to meet the university's ever-changing needs,
- Native or integrated email management and SMS/text systems.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
