Government Authority located in Nebraska; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for cloud hosted computer aided dispatch and police records management software.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud hosted computer aided dispatch and police records management software.
- There is a 24 x7 fully functional non-traditional dispatch center with two-person minimum staffing levels
- Dispatchers are responsible for non-emergency call take, radio dispatch, life safety alarm monitoring, records processing, property and digital evidence management, a walk-up service desk, and after-hours support tasks related to building access and requests for maintenance
- 72-hour side by side CAD system usage with vendor staff on site
- CAD system acceptance to occur at the end of a 30-day burn-in
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 6, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
