[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide public defender case management system to be easy to manage and the system should not be an impediment on a daily basis
- Admin users complete supervisory tasks, generate reports, manage arraignments and assign cases to public defenders,
- Read-Write access to Case files, reports, user account maintenance, and customization options,
- Attorney supervisors have a set of public defenders (attorneys) that they work with and keep track of caseloads for each,
- Attorney users are the public defenders that are assigned cases to defend in court, they will need the following type of access:
- Read access to case files, full search abilities, time entry permissions, able to print information from case files, dashboard lists the attorney’s schedule of events associated with their cases only,
- Support Staff users are the main user group that enters case files,
- Clerk users help manage case files,
- Law clerk users help manage case files.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 18, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
