[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide language interpretation and translation services to assist Limited
English Proficiency (LEP) clients unable to speak English, are uncomfortable speaking English or
whose English is not clearly understood.
1. “As needed” in-person and telephone-based language interpretation services, Interpretation services are defined as providing verbal communication from one language to another.
2. Document Translation from a non-English language into English.
- In-Person Interpretation Services, Telephone Interpretation Services, Translation Services,
- Languages: - Akan, Fukienese, Samoan, Tigrinya, Turkish, Croatian, Farsi, Canadian, etc.
- Interpretation Services: - Interpretation Service, Interpretation services are defined as providing verbal communication from one language to another.
- Translation Services: - Translation services are defined as providing written communication from one language to another.
- For more information about languages, Translation Services billing, Interpretation Services (In-Person and Phone) billing, etc. describe in documents.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 17, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
