[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide include but are not limited to monitoring grants portal activity and assisting LWS in meeting information requests and EEIs; gathering necessary information and uploading to grants portal; working with LWS risk management division and city’s insurance representatives in providing necessary insurance information to agency; interacting with agency officials as necessary; advocating on behalf of LWS in the event that funding is withheld or denied, attending project progress meetings, briefing LWS staff and project consultants on status and information needs, and briefing elected officials (Mayor and City Council) as necessary to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.
- Additionally, the firm shall provide research, consultation, and advocacy behalf of the City with respect to FEMA 406 mitigation and FEMA 404 HMGP funding for eligible projects.
- Firms shall also identify other sources of funding available for restoration and mitigation work, if available.
- Firms shall be experienced in making applications on behalf of eligible applicants for these mitigation funds and may be requested to prepare applications on behalf of the City.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 18, 2020
(3) The contract period will be for one year.
