[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 inmate calling services including holidays for rehabilitation and treatment centres to make collect, debit, and pre-paid calls from state facilities.
(2) Approximate historical call volume was 577,252 calls (6,066,181 minutes) for January 2015 to June 2015 and 563,095 calls (5,258,144 minutes) for July 2015 to December 2015.
(3) A mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visits will be held on May 2, 2016, May 3, 2016, May 4, 2016 and May 5, 2016.
(4) Contract period will be for five years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
