Government Authority located in Lincoln, Nebraska; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for distribution cable replacement project services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide distribution cable replacement project to submit bids to install 1/0 and 3/0 underground cable in existing 2” SW. The cable shall be terminated in pad-mounted equipment or riser poles. Switching is required to de-energize and cut off and abandon old cable and energize the new cable. That will be required to complete (1) the LES construction and installation contract; 2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in city and rated at least B+ in A.M. Best’s Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation; 3) furnish a performance and labor and material payment bond from a surety licensed to do business in city and also rated at least B+ in A.M. Best’s Rating, 4) Return a completed copy of the equal employment opportunity compliance request form to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.
(2) A pre-bid meeting will be held on March 31, 2020.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than April 1, 2020.
(4) Contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
