- Food Service Manager shall have the authority to correct any problems involving delivery or quality control problems without delay.,
- The Vendor must have a registered dietitian available for the number of
hours required to write, analyze, update and change menus,
- Average daily meals is16 with daily meals between 10-22,
- Meals shall be delivered in bulk or pre-plated to the location in ready-to- eat form.
