[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide customer relationship management system for allow all colleges, and departments throughout our institutions to foster long-term relationships with students through tracking touchpoints and improved communications.
- allow the university to manage interest/relationship with multiple NU campuses at the same time
- system will connect relationship of record with prior educational institutions, alumni family, faculty/staff family, employment, etc.
- ability to collect parameters passed via URL form submission. This will give us the data needed for communication analytics
- configured to accept data while offline and then sync when connected back online
- ability to integrate data from a web-form into the CRM system
- ability to trigger a workflow based on a web-form submission.
- ability to personalize their space, allowing them to see specific information based on their interests
- ability to target signed in users with right-now information such as announcements and push notifications
- ability to display information to the student based on their current status in the system or based on variables such as browsing history, region, etc.
- social media integration capabilities are available in the portal.
- ability to embed forms, widgets, etc. into portal pages.
- ability in the portal to brand to institutional style guide
- collaboration features such as email groups, chat rooms, and discussion groups are available in the platform.
- ability of users and/or groups to be given access to query the data tables directly
- ability for users to define custom dashboards.
- ability for users to define and publish custom reports.
- ability for non-CRM users to add information to contact comm record
- ability to map contacts to CRM user assignment and routing based on rule logic and roles (recruitment territory managers, advisor caseload, success program manager, etc.).

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
