[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide compensation study consultant services for assistance in reviewing and updating its compensation structure consistent with vision, mission and strategic business goals and objectives to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.
- Review job descriptions for all (270) current positions to ensure alignment with the compensation program;
- Complete needed desk audits (25) to determine job description accuracy;
- Review and give recommendations on classifications for all (270) current positions;
- Review and give recommendations on current pay structure and organizational hierarchy;
- Assist in determining benchmark positions and complete market comparisons on at least 75% of existing positions (approximately 200), resulting in a classification structure that aligns with the compensation program;
- Provide a compensation program delivery system;
- Review and give recommendations on performance management program to comply with strategic requirements and compensation philosophy;
- Review and give recommendations on current programs to ensure policy embodies philosophy for a compensation program;
- Review and give recommendations on compensation programs for best practices, industry standards, etc.;
- Assist with strategy for employee communications and in communication plan development; and
Recommend strategy to put into effect adjustments for employees whose positions have shifted outside of their current pay grade.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 12, 2020.

Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
