[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing plan services n to promote state as a place to do business
- Promoting state as an ideal state for job creators, with an emphasis on high-tech, high-wage firms who represent tomorrow’s high-demand, high-opportunity industries,
- Attracting, retaining and developing the state’s workforce in order to meet the labor needs of new and existing businesses; particularly, the need for highly-skilled labor,
- Promoting reputation as a top state for technology, medical innovation and business,
- Changing the state’s reputation from that of a “fly-over” to that of a “fly-to” state,
- Preventing and reversing population decline, especially in rural communities,
- Supporting and promoting the development of new, affordable housing to accommodate additional labor force,
- Providing assistance and resources to empower communities to invest in themselves and become more attractive places to live, raise a family and do business,
- Promoting the development of statewide, high-speed broadband internet access to enable work from home, educational, and new business investment opportunities,
- Providing support and resources to encourage entrepreneurship and the growth of small- and medium-size businesses,
- Promoting the state’s international engagement, exports and levels of foreign direct investment; and
- Developing and supporting legislation that supports the above objectives, among others.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2020.

Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
