Government Authority located in Santa Fe, New Mexico; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for water SCADA control system upgrade.
[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide water SCADA control system upgrade to the government authority located in Sidney, NE.
- The system will consist removal of the Allen Bradley SLC 5/05 PLC and consolidation of the controls from the SLC 5/05 into the existing CompactLogix PLC at the Water Office,
- The system must be able to collect data and control equipment at all remote sites including: 11 of wells, 6 of storage sites, 3 of booster stations and 6 of Lift Stations via ethernet radio communications. It is the responsibility of the contractor to determine exact input/output (IO) requirements at each site, control programming requirements, radio requirements for a properly functioning system, and if any existing equipment can be reused,
- SCADA computer complete with all required software,
- SCADA software to be one of the following: a. Ignition b. Wonderware c. VT-SCADA d. Rockwell SCADA software,
- Alarm management software capable of forwarding detailed alarms via voice, text or email,
- All analog signals are to be trended and logged,
- Daily and monthly reports printed and saved to hard drive,
- Complete system documentation including drawings, equipment manuals, and troubleshooting guide,
- System to have a two-year warranty for manufactures and installation defects,
- Industrial VPN for remote programming support,
- Internet Security Firewall,
- Smart UPS with Automatic Shutdown,
- Backup Hard Drive with Software,
- Report Printer – Black and White Laser printer at a minimum.
(2) A Mandatory Pre-Proposal conference will be held on June 30, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
