[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide case management system
- To provide a complete and functioning system and to prepare Pretrial Services to use it effectively. - This includes technology and implementation planning, detailed design, interfaces, software integration, designing minimal software modifications, testing, training, data conversion, end user and technical documentation, project management, implementation change management, and post- implementation warranty support,
- The vendor’s CMS solution shall support case management for both felony and misdemeanor charged defendants,
- The system shall support the need for a secure system to maintain confidential electronic Case Management records,
- Interested in cloud-based solutions to leverage the vendor’s IT expertise in the Cloud for the CMS and bypass the need to rely on DOTComm Technical Support Services,
- The system shall be browser-based and developed for high-demand processing,
- The system shall support modern web browsers, such as Internet Explorer 11, Edge, and Chrome without requiring insecure browser configurations,
- The system must provide for intuitive data entry, navigation, identification and elimination of duplicate entry, and reporting procedures for all data elements.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2020.

Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
