Government Authority located in Columbus, Nebraska; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for hydro driveway concrete work service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide hydro driveway concrete work service includes the installation of the storm drainage, curb, gutter, concrete paving and appurtenances to the government authority located in Columbus, NE.
- The bidder shall provide with their bid a gantt chart, include demolition, drainage, and compaction.
- The contractor shall furnish planning, material control and protection, scheduling, supervision, labor, tools, apparatus, equipment, and conveyances necessary for completion of the work to be done pursuant to this contract.
- The contractor shall be responsible for contacting all utilities (including, but not limited to: telephone, gas, electric, water, etc.) with underground facilities in or near the work area to have those facilities located and identified prior to doing any work.
- The contractor shall be required to attend a preconstruction meeting to be held prior to the start of the work, the cost of which is to be included in the total estimated bid price. The district’s project coordinator will contact the contractor after award to set a date for this meeting.
- The contractor shall provide any construction power required to perform the work.
(2) A non mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on July 7, 2020.
