Government Authority located in Lincoln, Nebraska; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for temporary medical staffing services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary medical staffing services at a competitive and reasonable cost to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.
- The Contractor must maintain continuity of staff, subject to availability.
- Contractor’s personnel must have the necessary education, training, certification, registration
and licensure for each position to be filled.
- Temporary staff provided by the Contractor are subject to a security background check prior to commencing work on-site.
- Temporary staff provided by the Contractor cannot drive state-owned or leased vehicles.
- Staff assigned by the contractor to the ordering agency are employees of contractor and are not employees or agents of the agency, regardless of whether the contractor has employment relationships or other types of relationships, such as independent contractor relationships with the staff.
- The agency assumes no responsibility or liability for visa, sponsorship, work status, or other items related to traveling for temporary staff assigned to the agency.
- Contractor must provide proof of appropriate licenses and certifications, if applicable per the job
descriptions listed in Section V.F., for individuals serving as temporary professional staff within the
requesting agencies facilities prior to the start of the individual’s assignment.
- Temporary staff provided by the Contractor for the requested position assignment shall be billed for that corresponding rate.
- Contractor shall have all the necessary qualifications, certifications, and/or licenses pursuant to Federal and State law and regulations to provide the services required.
- Contractor shall notify the agency within twenty-four (24) hours, in writing, if any adverse action is taken against the license of any temporary staff provided by the Contractor.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2020
(3) The contract period will be for four year.
