[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management and inspection services to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.
- Contractor shall be a representative of, and advise and consult with, the City throughout the term of each project or until services on that specific project are terminated.
- Exercise diligence in discovering and promptly reporting to the City any defects or deficiencies in the work.
- The Construction Manager and Inspector shall advise the City of the date and time of such meetings prior to the meetings.
- Recommend payment by the City based on a report of observations of construction and evaluation of the of the Contractors’ applications for payment.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2020
