[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate brokerage and marketing services for properties owned by authority to the government authority located in Omaha, NE.
- The firm is expected to meet the objective of authority by selling commercial/multi-family residential properties for the highest and best use, perform market analysis, develop strategies for the sale of properties, work with the designated staff to negotiate the sale, coordinate real estate appraisals, coordinate real estate transaction closings, handle all other customary activities and services associated with real estate transactions, attendance and presentations at meetings of the authority board of commissioners may be required.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on July 21, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
