(1) Vendor needs to provide mobile peer support and health and wellness application that must be compatible with Android and Apple i08.
- Comprehensive mobile application that will address the health and wellness needs and resources of the city police department.
- Application: design and user experience, mobile (app) device, single sign-on for users, user initiated registration/validation to establish, link their city accounts to their user account, interfaces into city back-end systems to retrieve account data, administrative website for reporting, research, and other activities, evidenced based practices, functionality built to maintain PII security compliance, maintain the highest level of security for customer data, continued sustainability.
