[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide retirement plan consultant services of its basic 401(a), tax-sheltered annuity 403(b), and 457(b) deferred compensation retirement plans to the government authority located in Omaha, NE.
- review of the recordkeepers, evaluation of the plan investments, and communication and education support for the program
- Evaluation of the current retirement plan governance structure and recommendation of best practice guidelines with clearly defined policies and procedures, recognizing the University’s
exemption from ERISA requirements
- Providing compliance support to the program including plan document support and necessary
Disclosures
- Review of the investment platforms and fund options available to plan participants
- Review contribution options available with the retirement plans such as Roth, rollovers, after-tax contributions, etc, and provide guidance on appropriateness
- identification of an appropriate investment structure, development and recommendation of a possible formal investment policy that could be utilized to govern the program’s investments
- Create documentation for a formal review process.
- Development of the review strategy that includes all methods and components.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
