[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide body worn camera and evidence management system to record the audio and video of an interaction from an Officer’s viewing perspective. The body worn camera solution must include body worn cameras, docking stations and evidence management software as an integrated package. The system must support a Department provided storage solution, various storage methods and not be locked into one specific technology or vendor. The Department will provide all internal network, storage solution, and desktop resources to support the body worn camera solution. Solutions proposed must support the Department’s existing IT infrastructure.
- The System must be accessible throughout the entire Department from any LAN connected PC/laptop and/or accessible for remote stations/location using the Department provided infrastructure. The system shall be compatible with Windows 10-64 or greater. A backend-server and/or storage resource for the digital evidence management software will be provided, however an external secure hosted solution (Cloud based) may also be considered as a Department sourced and provided option. The Vendor will be expected to meet or exceed all minimum requirements.
- The capture of digital audio and video from the Officer’s Point of View (POV).
- The management of Cameras from Departments central management interface/console.
- Implement a full production digital evidence management system to support the Cameras
using a Department provided storage solution.
- Digital evidence management system capable of managing/sharing/securing/archiving ALL
Department digital evidence.
