(1) Vendor needs to provide residential real estate agent services to provide brokerage and marketing services for properties owned by authority and perform market analysis, develop strategies for the sale of properties, work with the designated staff to negotiate the sale, coordinate real estate buyer’s appraisals, coordinate real estate transaction closings, handle all other customary activities and services associated with real estate transactions, attendance and presentations at meetings of the authority board of commissioners may be required to the government authority located in Omaha, NE.
(2) A not mandatory pre-proposal conferences via Zoom had been hold on September 24, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
