Vendor needs to provide staff salary equity analysis will evaluate annual base salary paid by university for regular office/service and managerial/professional employees to help university determine whether disparities in pay exist based on gender, race/colour, and/or age and recommend any necessary corrective actions to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.
- Job Classification is a process by which job content value characteristics are identified, evaluated, and allocated to a Job Family and Benchmark Range and are assigned unique title codes. These classifications are grouped into one of two categories –Benchmark Jobs or Non-Benchmark Jobs.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
