[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide system integration and cloud managed services including the implementation of all required work for an enterprise-wide foundation to facilitate immediate and future transformations for efficient, effective, optimal business performance for processes including, but not limited to planning/forecasting, accounting, operations, data analytics, reporting etc.
- Data Analytics and Reporting
- HR, including Payroll and Workforce Management
- advice, risks, recommendations and suggestions for solution design, solution alternatives and cost savings opportunities
- flexibility to accommodate shifting priorities
- Support real-time metered interval data for billing, reporting, and customer purposes
- real-time payment postings for all payment channels
- Support current payment channel functionality
- Provide options for pre-pay billing functionality
- Ability to save attachments and provide visibility in the Customer Information System
- Intuitive data-entry to help ensure accurate information
- Elimination of supporting data stored in one-off systems or Excel/Access files
- Workflow optimization improvements will be aimed at synchronizing and streamlining the flow of work through a system of interdependent processes to deliver the right outputs at the right time to the right people through the correct identification and sequencing of tasks
- allow users to leave comments throughout the budgeting and forecasting modules
- solution has capabilities to automatically build predictive forecasts and the model continuously learns from feedback
- solution should provide standard configurable financial reports for income statement, balance sheet and cash flow by various hierarchies
- solution has a dashboard for end users based on organization, user types, etc., and those dashboards have the ability to automatically refresh the data.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 4, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
