(1) Vendor needs to provide fitness center reservation application shall allow staff to assign reservations within the Offutt fitness center, sports fields or fitness assessment cell, reservation system will provide the fitness center with a reservation system that will be used to schedule mandatory official air force fitness assessments, manage customer reservations, schedule service appointments, conduct point of sale and inventory functions and allow customers to remotely see their reservations.
(2) This bid is set aside for Total Small Business.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
