[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide duplication of benefits service to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.
- Conduct research to identify funding sources that would be considered a duplication of benefits for CDBG-CV and CDBG-DR funding.
- Draft duplication of benefits policies and procedures for the state’s method of distribution for the CDBG-CV and CDBG-DR programs. NOTE: A proposed method of distribution showing programs/activities under both funding sources is included as an attachment to this RFP (Attachment 1). - Develop template forms and documents for DED to utilize under the CDBG-CV and CDBG-DR programs to document compliance with duplication of benefits requirements and identify the maximum award amount of CDBG-CV and CDBG-DR funding eligible for each project.
- Provide on-going technical assistance to DED on duplication of benefits related issues as requested by DED.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 9, 2020
