[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services of the renovation will engage all three floors of the Library, with the most significant interventions occurring on the lower and main floors, and minimal work occurring on the upper floor, etc. to the government authority located in Lincoln, NB.
(2) A pre-submittal conference will be held on December 22, 2020.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than January 5, 2021.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
